Return Policy

 

Shortages/Damaged Goods: Notify Golden Protective Services of shortages or damaged goods within 7 business days upon receipt of shipment. Goods will be replaced at the discretion of Golden Protective Services, or a credit will be issued to the customer.

 

 

Return Merchandise: Return merchandise requests must be made within 60 business days of invoice date to receive account credit. Golden Protective Services will not accept returns of discontinued or custom goods. All returns require a written approval from a GPS Customer Service representative. Golden Protective Service will not accept returns of product in an unsalable condition.
