Shortages & Damaged Goods
Please notify Golden Protective Services of any shortages or damaged goods within 7 business days of receiving your shipment.
Replacements will be provided at the discretion of Golden Protective Services, or a credit will be issued to your account.
Return Merchandise
Return requests must be submitted within 60 business days of the invoice date to qualify for account credit.
Golden Protective Services does not accept returns for discontinued items or custom products.
All returns require written approval from a GPS Customer Service representative. Returned products must be in saleable condition; unsalable items will not be accepted.
A restocking fee may apply.
